Simple consignment guide

Benefit from our general consignment process guidelines.

Basic instructions for easy consigning

Follow these instructions for consigning women’s clothes and more at Jamie’s Exclusively Plus and get up to 50% back on the items you sell. Items are accepted Monday – Saturday during business hours.

Consignment dos and don’ts

  • Allow approximately 20 minutes to check in consignments
  • Clothing must be freshly cleaned and ironed. Disposable hangers are a plus if you have them available, and hangers can be given back upon request.
  • Due to space limitations, we can’t accept clothing in bags or boxes
  • The better your clothes look and smell, the higher the sale price
  • Items must be in current style – less than 3 years old – and of good quality in like-new condition
  • On Saturdays, we take consignments before noon only unless any unusable items can be donated

Additional consignment process details

The consignment period lasts 60 days. At the end of that time, if there’s an item you want to retrieve, please phone 5 days in advance so we may find it for you.

In addition:

  • We begin accepting fall / winter clothing at the end of July, and spring / summer clothing in February
  • We price, store, and merchandise your items for the appropriate season at our discretion
  • Call or stop by during business hours to inquire about your account balance
  • Checks are written during the first full week and third week of every month – ID is required
